The libertarian party had a nice little quiz. I took it about 10 years ago, and though my stances have changed from libertarian to liberal, the quiz itself is fulfilling.
Recently on another forum I frequent, someone mentioned this quiz (the political compass). I find this one much harder to digest than the libertarian party's quiz. My score is a -7.88, -4.50. I did not find that odd, but my peers on the opposite aisle were scoring center, dead center. The questions are totally framed, skewed, and slanted; but they mention it in the FAQ as necessary but I don't buy it. I am left with the feeling that I have been hoodwinked by this site and every lame Joe Public that reads and takes this quiz helps codifies their faith of what they believe in, that they are center and I am extreme.
You see the LP's quiz's agenda is front and center, they are libertarian and want to see if you are one too; while the political compass' agenda is hidden and claims so because of neutrality, making me believe its a sham.
